REFUND POLICY/RETURNS
We provide a 30 day money back guarantee if the product arrives damaged and unusable. Prime Spectrum CBD LLC will refund the cost of the product or send a new product at no extra charge. Proof of damage in the form of a clear photo of the damaged bottle or bottles or other products may be sent by email to contact@primecbd.net, or you may return the product by mail. The customer agrees to pay return postage, unless otherwise agreed upon by Prime Spectrum CBD.
Please call or email us before contacting your bank or credit card company, if there is any issue with the product. Also, if you are dissatisfied with the product please contact us as soon as possible, as we directly work with manufacturers, some of which provide a 30 day satisfaction money back guarantee.

Shipping is Free. See return policy for return shipping. Prime Spectrum CBD does not ship to a PO Box on your first order. We do not ship outside the US.
