Prime Spectrum CBD was founded in Riverton, Utah in 2018. Our CEO, David Douglas, is a practicing Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). His medical experience over the last two decades allows him to objectively and subjectively analyze CBD products' purity and efficacy. We strive to provide quality products, build trust with accurate information and service, and help others have a successful experience. We initially contracted with 11 of the most reputable CBD manufacturers in the U.S. and sell only CBD products containing either 0% THC or less than 0.3% THC.
